I keep throw it in a container on my coffee table. Then, when the container is full, I take it to the market and cash it in with the CoinStar machine.

I had a stair machine, but I gave it away. I do have some modest barbells somewhere.

For the most part, yes, but I do some counter-productive things from time to time, mostly with regard to food choices.
