A democrat's son? Voter fraud? Can't be!!!

James O'Keefe has struck again. O'Keefe is the guy who broke the big ACORN scandal with his undercover video reporting.

Now, he's out with a video that may land a Congressman's son in trouble for voter fraud. Watch below as Patrick Moran, the son of Virginia Rep. Jim Moran (and the Field Director for his father's campaign), is caught on tape talking to an undercover reporter about how to allegedly cast ballots deceitfully for registered voters.

Them democrats will do just about anything

Ohhh you mean the fake acorn story..

So now talking about voter fraud is the same as committing voter fraud. And actually it is the reporter who is willing to commit voter fraud

Undercover Reporter: Yes. He’s got a van and he and me were going to go around. …[hey grammer king, shouldn't this be he and I]

Patrick Moran: Rally these people up and get them to the polls.

Undercover Reporter: Well, he was actually going to get in a van and vote for them.

Patrick Moran: Ohhhh

Undercover Reporter: I know, but –

Undercover Reporter: It’s scary, but I’m not. … I don’t want to lose, and I’m frightened.

What is interesting is the part of the tape before they talk about the utility bill...sort of reported with out the content of the whole interview........

"Then later in the video there's talk about creating fake utility bills to serve as voter identification.

Patrick Moran: So, if they just have the utility bill or bank statement – bank statement would obviously be tough … but faking a utility bill would be easy enough.

Undercover Reporter: How would you do that?

Patrick Moran: I mean, I would just find, I don’t know, I guess. …"

The very same, if you watch the video, the guy who is being impugned is trying to talk this clown out of the scam, and put his efforts into a GOTV..

So now O'keefe is back to making videos wothy of a 6 year old? What happened? Did the libel suits against him settle? Or can't hey ply his poor girlfriend on the street

This is already a topic of a thread here, and was pretty much as soon as it happened.

But, I will have to let you know, as many would do to me, that registration dumping is registration fraud and not voter fraud.

And, I'm one of those crazies that thinks the guy should get whatever consequences are typical in cases like this. Sure hope Obama doesn't lose by 8 or less votes in VA.

Looks like Obama has the zombie vote in NC

What about those "dead" voters? Susan Myrick at Civitas Review blogged that "110 Year Olds Vote Strong in NC" [10] Is that true? NO.

When a county does not have a birth date for a voter, they use a default date for that voters birth date and most counties use 1/1/1900. If these voters show up to vote, the pollworkers inquire as to their correct birth date and that information is added. Over the past few years, we have reduced the number of default birth date voters. And after this election the number of default birth date voters will be reduced even further.

There were millions of voters transferred from the county paper VR records to the Statewide VR database around 2000. Some of the county’s older VR data did not have the voter’s birth date and it was not required at the time that voter registered. Since that time, we have be able to reduce the number of such voters down to a little over two thousand.

O.k., this is very important. ACORN was defunded because of political pressure. Whether or not they were actually guilty was completely irrelevant.

Also, they were not guilty. EVERY SINGLE INVESTIGATION into the matter determined that ACORN was not shady.
