Original bill included email, phone, web postings...assuming this is the same bill passed as "just like bush" even though original went much much farther than counter-terrorism bill ever did:

What exactly does this have to do with BDSM and "Alternate Lifestyles In The News?" Perhaps you should have posted in the P&R section.

Yes, this should be moved to P & R.

Otherwise yes of course, this is America's slow move to fascism. (police state)

It will come either by conquest or by consent. In the US currently when it matters most, we are obviously dumb enough to consent.
