At the marriage license office, they have a poster on the wall that looked a lot like this:

ETA: I just found this in the slave's journal. It seems a noteworthy commentary so I am posting it here. She says:

Did you know...in Florida you have to wait 3 days after getting your license to get married unless you take an approved 4 hr course on marriage. I find that kind of funny. We are both grown up and have been married before. What could this class possibly teach us? We go to relationship workshops at bdsm events. I still have alot to learn about being a good slave. Even when we don't learn anything from the presenters, it opens up discussions we have with each other and can learn alot that way. I have also found them to be reaffirming. I often have self doubts. Then i hear that even the bestest of the realest slaves have days that they aren't slave-like. And i get reminded that its not the destination that is nearly as important as the journey. My journey is moving from a footpath to a highway. I am going to be Master's slave/wife. I asked what will change. He replied 'your last name'. I truly and deeply love this man that is taking me as His wife even though He has had me collared for a year. Not a long time. But long enough. Life is good.

Finally got my cell phone fixed and pulled the wedding photos from the sky drive. Pics from Sep 18th. We slipped away and got married at the court house in the afternoon, were in St. Augustine for dinner on the honeymoon.

We were like kids playing hookey. We ran off 13 days after I proposed. We had a blast in St. Austine and on the beach.

With the official St. Augustine honeymoon behind us, we were free to vacation with my ex-wife ChristyCougar in Savannah. I flew christy down from Michigan then we drove up to Savannah. Imagine being trapped in a car for 4 hours with your wife and your ex-wife, then spending a week long vacation with them . . . sound like torture? Nope, it was a blast. These are the two women I have loved enough to marry. They are both exceptional women and they became best friends. We had a great time and the riverboat ride was a blast.

As of June 18th it's 2 years since we first met.
Our love continues to grow and strengthen our bond.
Our passions fuel our romance and our perversions are keepin' the kink alive as well.
Complimentary positive energies continue to elevate or mutual quality of life.
It has been a story book adventure and life is very good indeed.

Today is our anniversaries . . .
On this day 2 years ago I collared samdarella
On this day 1 years ago I married samdarella

Our lives have been enriched by each other and our relationship flourishes.
I woke up to a special ethnic breakfast in bed and she gave me flowers, a card and her affections.
She worked the night shift last night so we spent most of the day cuddled up napping together.
I gave her a flowers, a card and a bottle of bubbly to celibate with.
At this moment I am debating whether to make the trip to local dungeon (which closes early tonight) or stay home and torture her in the dungeon at home. We will just have to see how that works out.

Decided to stay home and torture her in the dungeon. Unfortunately, we got interrupted by an accident before we got going. Will have another go later this week.

Nice dungeon! It's too bad about an accident interrupting things but there's always another day. Hope you both had a nice anniversary regardless.

Our 7th anniversary was yesterday, unfortunately we weren't able to be together for our anniversary. I'm back in PA taking care of my mom who's sick and he's home in NC. He has plans for a belated anniversary for when I get back (whenever that will be) but he won't even give me a hint of his plans.
