I am looking for an online only thing, but not the usual type of online relationship. I am a Dominant Female, but I do not get any sexual pleasure from watching little subs torture themselves. What I am looking for is for someone to do tasks for Me online...things like research and posting ads. But I don't want to search for "online sub" because the other thing keeps coming up.

Has anybody done this before? If so, what should I search for? What is it called? More importantly, is there a specific website for it? I've tried Craigslist and My ads keep getting flagged. The only thing on Fetlife is the type of online relationship that does nothing for Me. Thanks for the help

It's not uncommon, both online and in real life. You're looking for an "ad posting slave," much as the owner of a dungeon might be looking for a "carpentry slave" or a "painting slave."

But here's a question: why would a man want to be your slave, after writing to your profile on CollarMe.com, if there were no sexual overtones? In what way would your slave's needs get fed? You might say, "From the pleasure of makiing his goddess's life easier." But I'm pretty sure answers like that lead to short-term servitude, and a lot of men feeling burned.

So what are you bartering for the service you are requesting? There needs to be some quid pro quo, even if you're just indulging some guy's ignore fetish. My advice is that you need to figure out, in the positive, what you are prepared to give your servants. Right now, you're just stating in the negative what you are unprepared to give.

So basically you are looking for a "secretary" or administrative assistant who you won't pay money and who should just get joy out of doing this work you don't want to do?

Good luck with that. As Redmagic said, there needs to be some kind of quid pro quo. Contrary to the beief og many, it isn't all abou "you" (the general dominant you).

I sort of agree. What is being offered back could be pretty ephemeral but even for someone like Carol who serves others simply because that's what makes her comfortable there would still need to be some sort of relationship. It could be as minimal as "likable stranger" but still there would need to be something. I'd be willing to bet that DarkSteven could get some free AA support out of Carol. But even in his case, the coin he paid out was garnering her respect and that isn't cheap coinage.

I think it would be difficult to find someone who is willing to do that with little to nothing in return. There doesn't necessarily have to be an overt sexual element to the exchange, but they'll need something for their time and effort. What are you willing to give? Constructive criticism on their research, praise for a job done well, and structure to their days, with regular contact (such as they send you a message at 8AM to show they're awake, etc.)? Access to journal articles behind a paywall (if you can share them legally) that s/he is interested in? Social conversation online and a somewhat platonic relationship?

Someone who simply wants to serve others and not get anything in particular back other than the satisfaction of helping others is probably off somewhere volunteering. It'll be less difficult to recruit someone if s/he has a reason to serve you in particular, something s/he can't easily get from general volunteer work.

If this is for a business venture, then for goodness sake, hire someone properly and get a paper trail. Call me cynical, but I wouldn't trust someone I met online from any kinky site to do work that my business depended on. If you're offering them no pay, no relationship, no kink time etc, then you're going to be low on their list of priorities. Your work will be abandoned when they get a better offer. The quality of their work is likely to be poor, reflecting badly on you. And worst case scenario, this person gets pissed off because they feel they deserve more from you, and they can now sabotage things they have access to.

Your profile says that if someone is going to occupy a significant amount of time, they can expect to give you something of value in return. The same goes for subs. 'Something of value' could be any of the things Kate and the others have mentioned, or more. In theory, you might find a submissive who is willing to work just for the joy of serving a Mistress. But realistically, there's not much joy in doing secretarial work, and what's to stop them searching out someone who they can serve, and also get some extra emotional fulfilment from?

Anyway, something like 'homework slave' is probably what you need to search, but most of the ads I've seen seeking a homework slave are offering sessions, phone calls, pictures or at least some kinky-themed bossing about in return, so this is what you need to compete with.

Yes OP, they're called task slaves. But, as stated, you're gonna want to give them some incentive...maybe take time to talk to them, make them feel needed, etc.
