i Can't get any straight answers on this, what does that entail? What are your experiences with it either as the Dom or sub?

As far as methods, rational, desired response, and how it fits into a obedience training for the Dom.

How have any of these factors effected you to the sub.

Well, CBT stands for Cock & Ball Torture. There are any number of things a person can do to torture the cock & balls. Torture is a terrible-sounding word but some of the stuff that CBT is made of does sound like torture. The only time I do it is with a suitably eager masochist who loves it. There are various levels of pain involved too, some of the activities are more edgy than others. By no means do I know all there is to know about it, but I have dabbled a bit in it.

Sounds scary, but erotic. Defiantly vulnerable position to be in. can see it as a part of.obedience training, but with limits. Not a pain whore.

I've mucked around with CBT since I was 15. I'm a sadomasochist, so I sort of came up with tortures when I was feeling rather sadistic and then... well... I guess I was the only one to practice my sadistic bent on

What enjoyment comes out of it? Depends what you're stimulating. Feeling down there is intense - both good and bad.

Cock play can be both painful and pleasure. You generally tend to stimulate the nerves of your penis, both the pain receptors and the other feeling nerves down there. That combination can be intense feeling-wise.

Playing with the balls can be far more painful, and far more dangerous. You can stretch them away from the body, crush them, separate them apart, apply pressure, use them as part of a larger scene/torture. Creating no-win scenarios in predicament bondage where one torture would subside if you increased the other torture, which would see you moving from torture to torture due to one pain becoming too intense, which would then relieve it, but make the other torture harder.

If you're a masochist male in any way, this can be perhaps the most intense fun around sexually. If you aren't, I'm sure a dom/me could use this to have some fun with you, or as a discipline technique... rather than the amount of whacks of a certain cane/hand, you might get another twist of the clamp on your balls etc...

This play needs to be considered. You can damage nerves, you can rupture testicles, damage the vas deferens, you can cause swelling and torsion issues on skin, you can do a large amount of damage. But those risks are very much mitigated by someone wise doing it, and communicating how it is going. Also, don't do this in the dark. You seriously need to see colour etc to make sure no damage is being done.

It can be seriously fun, and/or seriously painful. Working out how to make it right for both of you is part of the fun.
