Personally, if this defense is pursued, I think it will be a fascinating case to follow. I don't think it's so much a defense that she "cannot commit the crime if it's under the service of a master", but rather, was she in fear of her own life and well-being if she didn't go along with it? I would think that there is going to be a lot more that has to come out aside from the fact that she was "in the process of getting a restraining order" in order to have a successful defense. Was this a consensual master/slave relationship, or was she there against her will? How much did she do to try to STOP the kidnapping of these girls from happening? Is it possibly a case of "Stockholm Syndrome"? There are MANY questions that will be raised with this. I'll be interested to see how far the attorneys go into this, once they realize how far the proverbial rabbit hole goes (if they don't know already...).
