sub is spelled s u b
slave is spelled s l a v e
lol But honestly everyone has a different definition for each word. You yourself will have to decide what your's is. Personally to me a sub has alot more personal freedoms and limits then a slave. A slave has one right and that is to leave the relationship, otherwise the Mistress/Master dictates everything else.
You can use the search feature and read more on the subject as its been debated quite a bit.

arggghhh make it go away!!

(ps go to www.google.com & type "sub vs slave", it should take you about 4 months to read over the results & you will still walk away with the same question in your mind. So just change the wording of the question & you have the answer. Q) What is the difference... A) the way they are spelled.)

One is no better, more valid or any of that. If someone tries to suck you into that one is more worthy or more committed than the other... they have most likely filled their mind with romantic notions & exude a "holier than thou attitude" which is really very unattractive. Just my opinion but an opinion that has no less than 20 yrs of real time living in this way of life...

They are very close, but the primary difference is that a slave is owned property, and a sub has their own life.

a sub serves....a slave serves...they are both like M&M's.....Same candy, but do you want the plain or the Peanuts?

It all depends on who you ask....for some the terms are interchangeable.. for others they have great differences...

To me a sub is a more casual thing..... someone who submits to me and perhaps others....but that I may or may not own...

A slave is owned... he is mine.. and submits only to me ...
