I'm back on Levo.
If you say "adrenals" in an endos office here in the states they'll laugh. They took adrenal fatigue off the "real disorder list" a few years ago.

Fortunately- I am pretty aware I have adrenal problems- unfortunately I also have PTSD- and I think before I can undergo that diet change- I just need to get sleep that actually feels refreshing. It might sound stupid- but we elected rapist in this country and everyday he says something. He fills up my news feed. His shitty decisions effect planned parenthood- the only place there for me when I was fucking raped. He tried to take away my insurance- and only lifeline- which is therapy and medication. And that's just constantly in my periphery. I just can't sleep or relax or destress. So I don't think any amount of diet change will improve those to where they need to be. Which just makes me more bitter. Because once again, I'm responsible for managing the stress someone else caused me. It's been a really rough year with the depression and PTSD. And the PCOS diagnosis has made me feel very hopeless and like it's just too much to handle.

I am on an herbal support supplement for adrenals though. And Vitamin D, and B12.

It was an LA endo who diagnosed the adrenal fatigue and did tests (blood and saliva), he also put me on melatonin to adjust my sleep patterns, I reacted really well to it, along with a ton of other things, it was a pretty drastic life-style change, bit of a shock to my system but worked out really well, I tend to slip on occasion and my body lets me know.

Some people had amazing success with fresh OJ, cream of tartar and I don't know what else for their adrenals, I can try and find it... There's a great website out there, I think it's called hypothyroid mom, worth having a look at

I'll check it out. I can't believe you got a diagnosis. My new endo is pretty good. Melatonin helps sometimes- but if o take too much/too frequently I tend to get depressed. Currently meditating and making it a habit. Also like making myself have a set bedtime.

I wasn't taking it very long, it was just that my sleep pattern was all over the place and until it was settled that helped a lot.
