Obviously, I have no problem logging in to Collarchat. My problem is with the Profile side.

The sign in page comes up. I sign in with the exact User ID and PW I use on Collarchat.

I click the tab and receive a large red message: "Log in was successful."

But, I remain on the log in page. I click on the assistance tab and get a message telling me that in order to get assistance I need to sign in or established a new profile. Tried that. Received a message saying I was accepted so I should sign in. I do that only to return to the sign in page.

Help! I am a prisoner of the sign in page. Going round in circles.

Try:

1. Clearing your cookies/cache.
2. Using another browser.

Hello,
Am very new to chatroom, so not sure where to address this problem?
So I would like to know why there are no pictures anymore on my logged in page of collerspace
As I look at the profiles? None anymore? But the advertiser pics on the side show up fine?
So it is not my browser. It is not my device. Tried on other device. And I wrote to help desk
About problem but they never responded?
