She huddles up in a corner of her small single bed. Little tears stream down her soft cheeks and stain her pillow. Her cut little butt peeks out from beneath her T-shirt, still red and sore from the multiple punishments she got in just one day.
“Today was a tough day, wasn’t it little one?” I tenderly run my hands through her hair.
She does not turn. A small quivering voice replies “I disappointed you so much in just one day. Do I even deserve you?”
I squeeze the base of her neck. “Is my girl going to give up so easily?”
“Am I still your girl daddy?” Her voice is tiny and filled with self loathing.
I bundle her up in my arms, squeezing in two adult bodies in a bed meant for one. “Always”.
