You know, the inner thigh muscles aren't all that strong in most people - whereas the skulls of most people are. I don't think even a woman blessed with seriously powerful thighs could squeeze someone's head and achieve much by it - versus that villainess in the Bond film. The average British woman's thighs would certainly not be chunky enough for your requirements, I fear, PieFun. Have you considered moving to the USA where, so I hear, women's thighs are generally of much sturdier proportions?
