It's illegal to sell people in most of the civilized world.

So it's either a 'mock' auction (usually for charity) or it's a fake.
Of course, it could also be a lure from authorities to see who bites.

Then shouldn't the mods take it down? I'm not sure what the issue is...If Collar Space doesn't want trouble why let people post illegal things like this? It just keeps the site under scrutiny.

Well, it's not at all illegal if the slave wants to be a slave. I think you underestimate the number of girls that want to enter slavery and who are perfectly happy serving a Master. For the record, I didn't buy my slave. I charmed her into it. It wasn't hard at all. Five years later and she's still serving in all ways to the very best of her ability. I could sell her or trade her off if I wanted to. I'm sure she'd fetch top dollar. She'd have no choice in the matter, since any free will was long ago removed. But why start over? Buying a slave girl seems like a huge waste of money, even if it's consensual. There must be thousands out there just begging for a Master, and you'd still have to train her. I just don't see the point.

Well, maybe. I doubt you are a lawyer. I'm not, but I have never heard of anyone being charged with it when it is consensual. It probably depends on if it is directly money for sex or not. Good slave girls do much more than sex. If my girl cleans your house or serves at your party, is it illegal? I think not. Oh well, bored with this.
