I've never nailed a breast to anything nor have I skewered one beyond needle/ nipple play. Several of you seem experienced with that here. From a purely clinical stance, what precautions did you take and have there been any lasting complications as a result? My view may seem naive but punching "large" holes in funbags just seems counterintuitive to keeping them inflated and in good health. Pun intended. Were the nails stainless steel or coated? What penny were they 6,8,16? How were they sterilized prior to hammering them through? Was the wood treated somehow to reduce the chance of infection? Ditto with the skewers.
