i try to load chat and all i get is something wanting me to load adoby flash player. i alreadt have it on my computer.

Perhaps you don't have the latest one or your browser is unsupported.

I keep getting 'Error #2046' It refuses to boot up for me.

Chatrooms have been down since yesterday afternoon. Is the problem with the server or am I having a problem on my end. I have run troubleshooter on my flash program.

Please check and update your Adobe Flash.. I'm not sure if this is the problem or not, I'm still looking in to it--However, a lot of people seemed to start having trouble right after a very recent Flash update, followed by another to fix the bugs in the first update..
