I got contacted by a new member (I know her a little from fet) and her account works perfectly on the CS side but doesn't work on this side. She gets a "No such account" error.
She wrote Support but hasn't received any sort of reply.
She tried making another account (a total of three) and they all do the same thing.

Anybody have any ideas that might help out?

Tell here to try logging directly into Collarchat. IE go to Collarchat.com and then login in. I have been getting an error lately when clicking the link from the other side to come here. But if I come directly to collarchat.com and login, no problem? Just a suggestion.
