You lot would be big on being respectful to women and approaching women in a respectful manner about sexual discussion while on the other hand expecting men to just take any offer, anything, be easy and just say "yes" regardless if the approach was not respectful.

If we expected women to be like how you lot are expecting men to be, it would be considered as chauvinism and misogyny. It would be deemed as treating women as meat and expecting women to take any offer regardless the approach or else they are wrong and deserving of ridicule. Them women missed out on an opportunity to get laid if they complain.

This wasn't a political event of enormous significance.

This was a man (you) failing to play along or have a laugh with a woman who was toying with you. Some think her flirtation style was a bit lame but that's about as bad as it gets.

No children or animals were harmed in this production.

You only had to have a bit of a flirtatious laugh and/or say "no thanks", not block her and over-react by making it the subject of a thread where you rant on about double standards and women being bad to you.
