I've just spent two hours frying up a mess, and I mean A MESS of crabcakes! Some of the best tasting culinary heaven the Chesapeake bay has to offer. For those of you unfamiliar with them seek them out! Your stomach will thank you! Your friends will envy you! Like Pavlov's dogs, you will forever salivate at the mere mention of bluecrabs!
Goddamn I'm a good cook!!! (I followed the recipe passed down from my father. Who in turn my sister just told me, got it off a can of Old Bay.) No matter, I am a crabcake God wielding a le creuset scepter!!
Someone come do the dishes.....😉

All that hyperbole and no recipe?

Mere mortal ....
The benevolent God of Crab goodness shall grant your request.
2 slices white bread crusts removed
2 tblsp. Mayo
2 tblsp. Old Bay seasoning
2 tsp. Parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. Dry prepared yellow mustard
1 egg - beaten (of course)
1 lb lump crabmeat fresh/drained (important!)
Break bread into small pieces. Mix in Mayo, etc/ stir in crab. Broil or fry 10 mins until golden brown. Season to taste.
Now begone! before I smite your arse with my frying pan!
Hyperbole indeed!

I'll let you know if the hyperbole was warranted [:D]

Blame not the recipe, consider the ability of the cook! (Ya gonna love em!)
