Status: offline 		I just want a confirmation here while reading profiles on this site several times i ran into someone claiming to be in or to have graduated from slave training facility, i am pretty sure this people are full of it, but there is a remote chance i am wrong, i found no evidence this kind of facility exists, though i know of a few cases where a Ds couple took a side slave just for temporary training.

Slave, in the sense you mean, simply do not exist.

Did they get a diploma at the end?

In general, the term "training" is fake. There is no standard, there are no rules, there is no handbook. It's all about the individuals and how they want their relationship to work

I am not sure of if they still exist but there were a couple in PA and San Francisco.

I am sure they are in existence just like the bdsm oriented bars.

Yes, Butchmann's still operates out of Phoenix, AZ, as well as "On the Road" locations. I just attended their Pan weekend session in Cincinnati in July. If you're on Fetlife, here's the link to the 2017 Cincy experience: https://fetlife.com/events/473216

It's not so much a "training" as is more about a personal growth through S/m, M/s experiences. You can certainly take things from the experience to use in your relationships and experiences, but it's not something where person goes in on Friday and comes out a fully trained slave on Sunday.

Status: offline 		Oh, oh , I had slave training - yep, my Sir showed me how he liked his coffee, explained his rules - and that was pretty much it.
All the rest pretty much happened organically.

Unless there is a specific skillset needed, then slave training is crap. Fantasy for people who either don't know better yet, or porn material that sounds sort of plausible, until you realise that not everyone takes their coffee the same way. So why would you expect anything else to be done the same way.

Now, when I was a complete newbie, I might have bought into the whole "training" thing, but any exposure to real people would have made me realise that it was fantasy more than reality.

Seems to me, when I first signed up here, the first year or two, there were constantly threads about people asking if there was some so-called 'slave training' facility in Grapevine, TX. Idiots fell for this crap. They sent money off to the supposed 'training facility' to cover the supposed expenses occurred. Usually at the rate of $400.00 or so, wasn't it?

This isn't to say that certain intensives aren't offered at various places around the country. (I'm in the USA.) Butchman's was mentioned. There's an M/s focused intensive that Master Tanio runs. Catherine Goss and those s-types affiliated with her run a thing that is commonly known as slave's retreat. Many local groups have classes on how to serve at a formal protocol dinner, how to serve wine or tea for certain events, etc. Some places still do things like how to be an attendant at cigar night. Classes on how to participate as a servant at Club Fem. We just had a lovely service dinner here in town on Valentine's Day. Stuff like that takes planning and preparation.

There is one in up state New York and they have a plain website (It was once all in color and easy to navigate around but that ceased about 11 years ago) Its residential and one must be well off to afford the rather extortionate training fees.
