I cant create a profile. When I log in, which is successful, and the click create profile, and after entering all info and typing in the verification code thing, it says, it does not match, I have tried it over and over. My kik is willjoe77

Nobody in the forums can help you with this. You need to click the support button on your profile page, then pray that somebody actually ever gets back to you.

i am having the same exact problem!!!!
It's absolutely malfunctioning!
Getting this error message: ."Verification string does not match the image - CHANGES NOT SAVED".
When i'm merely trying to create my profile, because this website deleted it for no apparent reason last night.

i was replying to my e-mails, and to a new Daddy, and i selected to view my profile, because He had me update my profile section.

That was the tab i pressed from my smartphone.

Then it says: "Do you want to delete your profile?", so i thought i deleted that incorrect message regarding a tab i never selected to begin with, but instead it deleted my entire profile.

WTF?!

Crazy technical problems on this site.
There's no person you can reach to help!?
i have e-mailed support, but have heard nothing back from them. This is going on several hours later.

Anyway, i tried it from my laptop, and tried creating a whole new profile, but i get the same exact error message.

Besides, my cellphone has a desktop format feature, and it still didn't work.

i changed websites because of this insane error message and the inability to create a profile on this website.

There's no technical support and no method to communicate that their feature to prevent scammers, is now blocking normal people from posting any new profiles on this website.

This is from my journal entry 02/12/2017, @ 2:29:08 AM:

i get this error message: "Verification string does not match the image - CHANGES NOT SAVED". This site deleted my profile without my consent, while i was browsing online on my cellphone.
It asked me if i deleted my profile because i clicked a tab for "view my profile".
Wtf!?
It is now gone.
Now this site prevents me from creating a profile.
This site has terrible technical problems.

Why doesn't "support", answer their e-mails?

24 hours later, and the site is still preventing anybody from creating a profile, or in my case, recreating my profile, after this website mistakenly deleted my profile while i was browsing on my cellphone on CS, last night, for no apparent reason because i did not initiate these events.

I had the same issue creating a profile on Sunday & again this evening. I eventually found a work around by using the "new image" link before I entered the verification sting. Might be worth a go?

Have you tried doing it through desk top version?

Maybe it's just the phone version that is screw up.

It's funny how I have the opposite problem.

I have deleted my profile many times in the past. This was back in 2011-2012 and my profile just keeps staying put. Back then, I was owned, so I was just trying to get rid of my profile here and use one that was a couple profile with me and my x-dom.

But oh well, it stayed, so I continued using it anyway after we broke up.

Update: It works, now.

i recreated my profile this morning.

THEY removed the verification box, altogether.
