Okay: stop walking in common areas naked, and then living in fear of transgender people coming in to perv on you. That doesn't occur, and if you can't take the responsibility for protecting your own privacy in a common area, then you are creating a situation where a man can just walk right into the bathroom and rape a woman very easily and taking no responsibility for yourselves. (Not a transgender person-- a man.)
I suspect if Malaysian bathrooms are truly places where women walk around naked, then transgender people would already not want to be there. I know five people who have transitioned or are in the process of transitioning. I asked two of them in the past week how they feel about using the bathroom. He said he never uses a urinal, always uses the stall. She said I just use the stall. They want privacy, but they don't want to feel alien-- in the wrong space for their gender.
Greta, it's never bothered me that a person feels like they were meant to be a man and born in the wrong body, or born a man and meant to be a woman. I didn't use to understand it, but even when I didn't understand it, at a minimum, I respected other human beings right to exist and share space with me. With a little empathy for how it must feel to be transgender, I began to realize some of the discomfort they would feel in either bathroom, and I asked those I knew respectful questions about their situation.
In short, I got over myself.

Multi-gender single toilet, with privacy and pull cords, makes a lot more sense. But then, you have to culturally be able to trust that your men won't rape or cause problems, and will clean after themselves. If you don't have this, maybe people changing their gender and using your restroom isn't that pressing of a problem, and men respecting you is a problem.

It might be fun to say, but that's not true of someone in a stall, where they have an expectation of privacy. If a man tried using his phone at a urinal, he would at minimum risk a serious fist-fight with his penis hanging out, because it would be looked on by other men as pervert activity.

Look, I come from a gun free country, so I believe gun-free works perfectly even if it punishes good gun owners.
A gun is something you go out and choose because you are afraid, and it's dangerous. It can kill people.
Being transgender has never killed someone who wasn't transgender. Nor has it raped someone who wasn't transgender. You are blaming innocents and overlooking serious holes in your logic out of ickyness.
