in the file section of the post where it usually had attach image etc, I get

File Either the feature is disabled, or you do not have sufficient permission.
I have gotten it under xp, 7, 10 and ie and chrome and opera browsers.

I do have some blockers and firewalls....

why is it disabled or insufficient permission? what is necessary to get images off my drive to a post?
