OK, so does anyone REALLY know why this place is so screwed-up? I would seem obvious that whomever owns/operates CS is either unable or unwilling to maintain it properly. If he/she/they rely on volunteers then: A) They're getting exactly what they pay for. B) Why have they not sent out a general call for additional volunteers? C) Why do these alleged volunteers not explain the issues facing them? Cue the apologists in 3, 2, 1...
