If you did have the misfortune of carrying a baby to term in space, you would almost guarantee the child's bones would never be strong enough for them to survive on earth. I'm doubtful that they could go from zero gravity to one third of Earth's gravity. And Mars won't be set up for that level of care. It's a death sentence.
