What is the facially legitimate and bona fide reason? As has been pointed out repeatedly in the injunctions and stays from EO1 to EO2, The Il Douchovitch administration has brushed aside this question of the court, much like they are brushing aside the reality that Obama did not wiretap Il Douchovitch. Somthing that could be handled in at most 2 phone calls.
