People like to use filters here-a thing I can really relate to. There are just SO many unsuitable folks out there. Of course,the more experienced of us understand that a fantasy expectation may be difficult to meet. Or have met. However,that mouth breathing brony who lives in moms basement-surrounded by a clutter of empty pizza boxes...will just not DO. Even if he has decided that you are the incarnation of Twilight Sparkle. Maybe especially so..How to keep him out-bother. Oh, a slavemaster wannabe. Shudder. What sock will it create next? How do you filter?

If anything they say they want, I don't- then I immediately knew we were incompatible. Then there's distance, how far are you willing to drive? Political and religious views matter to me, and If they're incompatible, then filter them out. Height, weight, hair color, etc. it would be silly to get involved with someone you're not attracted to.

At the same time,You have to think about the superficial attraction. I have met individuals in forums that I really LIKED-but would have passed over if it was just an appearance fetish with me. No, I need it all. Personality, intellect, viewpoints, physicality. All of them should be used. It also matters what you're looking for. If it's just casual, not even fwb, then you don't need to discuss politics. For a ltr, that matters.

So a more traditionally minded woman would probably do best with this particular curmudgeon. I also have a tad of ADD, so I can be very "random" in my thought process at times. Definitely not going to work for an OCD sort.
