Musicmystery -> McCain calls for independent panel, Congress lacks credibility (3/22/2017 6:53:01 PM)

Senator John McCain says it's time to let an independent panel take over the investigation into Russia's ties to Trump and the election.

From The Hill:

"It's a bizarre situation, and what I think, the reason why I'm calling for this select committee or a special committee, is I think that this back-and-forth and what the American people have found out so far that no longer does the Congress have credibility to handle this alone," McCain told MSNBC's Greta Van Susteren. "And I don't say that lightly."

Congress has little credibility period but we need for dems to pounce on this but my also need at a couple other repubs too.

Which may like asking for 3 wisemen from the repubs to step up. Oh ok, 3 repubs with at least a modicum of integrity.

David Nunes, Trump's lapdog, betrayed the independence of the House Intel Committee and sabotaged the investigation by running down to the WH with information that should have been shared with the ranking member and the Committee. What was he thinking?

Right, how dare anyone admit the truth. President Trump was right all along, and you and Senator McSame owe him an apology.

No, even the partisan hack and leaky mingebox criminal Nunes said at those same press conferences that Il Douchovitch was still wrong and a liar.

Sorry, retard.

I seem to recall a rather persistently enthusiastic McCain/Palin supporter, extolling the virtues and qualifications of these fine candidates.

I don't know. At some point, at least some GOP must recognize that tying their fate to Trump's is self-destructive.
