I saw this question somewhere else. If one day, for some strange freak reason, some strange virus strike that would have only killed off all the opposite gender and left only people of your own gender on earth. If you were straight before, would you then consider hooking up with your own gender? I was thinking about this! And the answer to this question is YES! ONLY when there is no man left on earth, would I ever consider hooking up with a woman. Otherwise, no fucking way! Why would I choose to be with a woman when there are men around? I just feel zero interest. Does that make me straight or bisexual? And how about you if you are straight now?

There was also a story by Frank Hebert called "The white plague" in which a virus designed to kill women was loosed on Ireland. Naturally it spread globally and women were in very short supply.
