Tamaka, I think it is legal but most pro dommes wouldn't want that because that means they would have to start being taxed and claiming what they earn to the government. That would be bad news for their food habit. The all you can eat pizza hut places would be out of business.

I wonder how it can be legal though, since the things that dominants do to subs are considered illegal. You can't legally strike another person, or anything along those lines.

This is used as an excuse to invalidate what I did. The truth is that the people who are attacking me think it should be okay for anyone to cheat the system. They either do it themselves or they are friends with pro dommes that do it. This is what sets their anger. If they really had a problem with people cheating the system, they wouldn't be whinging about me reporting them, as simple as that. Not having a problem with this speaks volumes about your character. You're deceiving and dishonest to society.

Well tamaka, prostitution is legal here in all states and in all forms except actual streetwalking ( at least in Queensland) and I know of a few professional Mistresses that have dungeons and until the police get an actual complaint from somebody who has been hurt, harmed or injured in any way, they can not enter those places or charge anybody. They are legal businesses and like prostitution are liable for taxation and yes, the tax department DOES check out the girls at times. I have no idea if they check pro-Dommes but I would be surprised if it doesn't happen.

Being a pro domme or prostitute is probably the easiest way to cheat the system. You're not depending on an employer to allow you to cheat as it's very easy to do it independently and it's highly unlikely that authorities are going to spot you out. This is why welfare fraud is a lot more likely to happen in this field compared to any other field.

This is another reason why I simply targeted this profession alone when making this thread.

I think though that any working girl who had a reasonable accountant would offset so much in expenses against her income that she would pay very little tax or maybe even none at all. This goes especially for pro-Dommes with the amount of equipment they have to buy.

Also, what this germ has to remember, is that pensioners are allowed to earn a certain amount before their pension begins to be affected at all and even then it only goes down by dollar for dollar.

saraah is an accountant and has done a fair amount of work for the girls/women in the sex-industry. Some were later audited even, but none were ever prosecuted or made to repay anything. Everything she had claimed for them was totally legal and above board.

If you had only come out and said that you were pissed because she was cheating the system, if you hadn't posted endless walls of bullshit all over the forum, and if you hadn't explained to everyone that she was being a cunt to you, maybe some people would be taking your side.

Hmmmm, you said "hopefully if work allows me the time" does this mean you are doing this on company time and if so, are you not stealing from your boss? Where do you work so we can report YOU, in all fairness -- if stealing is stealing. And isn't there some income threshold she would have to surpass in order to be denied her pension? Babysitters, dog walkers, and the like rarely make enough to disqualify themselves from their benefits unless they are making a TON of money. Usually, govt pensions are not enough to really live on and people have to find other ways to make ends meet, whether it be getting food from a local free pantry, forgoing medicines, not having heat in Winter, etc. When you go after the real thieves -- corporate and rich tax cheats -- and relish seeing rich men get their arses handed to them and end up in prison, we might take you seriously about your moral outrage. As is, you brought this shit storm on yourself when you called her a cunt and acted only after she pissed you off.

Are you seriously comparing welfare fraud to rape? Have you really thought that idea through? To date, I have honestly never encountered a third party who went to a hospital over feeling they were a victim of welfare fraud. I have never seen anyone who needed counseling over the issue. I have never seen a person suffer from anxiety to the point they can't function, no reactionary PTSD, no concern that is the equivalent to such life changing events such as STI's or pregnancy. I've never seen a person afraid to go outside because the person committing welfare fraud might be outside waiting for them or scrub their skin raw over the government gave somebody more money than they deserved. I've never seen anyone want to self-harm because they feel they are a victim of welfare fraud.

I'm not in favor of people cheating the system.

However, just like the justice system that you are bragging so much being on your side, I grade on the curve. First person victim stuff is ALWAYS going to be more important to me. I'm going to find some criminal acts more significant than others. It's the same as the fact that I don't see jaywalking as bad as I do murder.
