Not sure what a "service" would be for dating in this area, but I've dated female dominants in the past. Actually, I've ONLY dated female dominants most of my life. Not surprisingly, I don't think the dating process was all that much different from non-bdsm dating, other than an acknowledgement that we'd start developing the structure of a female-led longer term relationship. Almost always, in the beginning, we focused mostly on trying to figure out if we were compatible with each other and once you're past that, things kind of move forward.
I suspect a female domination dating service would be a more professional environment. But even when I've been set up with another dominant by a professional dominant friend, almost always the dating process was very much the same experience as a regular dating environment. I sometimes think guys error by imagining that it's going to look much different and then just come off as more annoying than they probably should have been.
