If you were either spending time in prison or let out on parole (regardless of the crime, that doesn't matter) and suddenly acquired super powers an we're the only one who could save the world. Then something comes to threaten the planet and the government asked you to save the world, would you...?

I don't really understand this. Just because I have been in prison doesn't mean I hate the government or hate humanity. Of course I would do whatever is necessary to save the world, all the people, and myself.

Doesn't matter. For me, I wouldn't save this lousy planet. If I we invincible, I'd st on the moon and watch it happen before moving to a different planet

They'll never find mine because I've just recently discovered that I have no equal, I an above most everyone here, and most of those here that harass, bully, humiliate, ignore, ridicule or threaten me are, in turn, beneath me and aren't worth saving. I am better than you. You aren't worth even a second glance. When I walk away from you as the world crumbles, I'll laugh at your pathetic, rotting corpses and know that I, a mere submissive, have beaten you all.

Well, if I had spent time in a prison, it would have been for a hummer bust.

I don't go more than 5 MPH over the speed limit on the interstate and I don't go over the speed limit, anywhere else. So, any conviction would have been bullshit.

Therefore, my vindictive hackles would be up. Negotiate? My ass! There'd be negotiation and tons of money, changing hands. Also, a land grant where I could establish my own fiefdom. I'm thinking: California would be nice for a couple of reasons :).

I'm a pragmatist so...
A) I'm not gonna suddenly acquire any sort of super power;
B) Ain't nothing gonna happen to threaten the planet in my lifetime;
C) I'm a grouchy olde fucker and I don't think there's anyone worth saving;
D) It's an unreal fantasy and I don't do fantasy.

Ergo: I won't lift a finger to save this miserable mudball or anyone on it.

To answer the original, while I can't imagine that I would ever go to prison for anything that wasn't BDSM related, I absolutely would save the planet if I had the ability. My husband, submissive, children, grandchildren, extended bio family, leather family and friends live on this spinning rock. That means I have a vested interest, so it's not even a question for me.

Now that I've answered the original, let me explain something to you, sparky. It is within ToS for any person to request not to be interacted with by another person on this website. However, this does not give you free license to keep dragging their screen name onto posts that you make, so that you can throw tantrums like a petulant child, while the other person has to honor the request for non-interaction. By the terms on service of this site, it's either one or the other. You can either have your request honored that I do not respond to your posts OR you can keep posting my screen name in your comments. Sorry, sunshine, but you don't get both due to your desperate need for attention.

I haven't "made" you a dang thing. It is not my fault that you have the issues that you do. It's not stef's fault. We aren't responsible for your personal BS any more than anyone other that YOU has any gravity in your issues. None of this has anything to do with people you've never even met, and in my personal response, a person that I would never want to meet, because if I've got so much stake in your mental issues, I consider that YOUR personal problem. I mean, do what you've got to do and all, but it honestly doesn't have jack sh^t to do with me.

You are the only person responsible for the person you have become. It's obvious that you have mental problems. Nothing wrong with that, many people have mental disabilities. Fortunately, many do whatever it takes to get the help they need without making all kinds of excuses why they can't. You don't want help. If you did, you wouldn't let setbacks keep you from getting it.

You prefer to be a professional victim, you need the attention, doesn't matter if it's all negative. You've been doing this so long that people have lost interest in providing advice because you won't follow it and come up with a ton of excuses why. People are passed the point of wanting to deal with you because you make it difficult for anyone to like you, let alone want you in their life.

Of course you have no equal, but it's not because you stand above the rest. It's because you're a fool who thinks he's a special snowflake. The more of these ridiculous posts you make, the more you make yourself look like an ass. People will continue to distance themselves from you because you offer nothing but negativity.

If I had super powers, I don't have grand ambitions of saving the world. I'm actually with you that, I don't know if this world is worth it. I feel like there is more sufferings than happiness in this world. I mean, and it's all luck. Like, I'm fucking lucky I was born in Singapore. There are too many damn people to save! And we can't fix their problems! It's overwhelming. I want to go to Africa and put everybody on mandatory birth control who are part of the "starving to death" population, but it's crazy how they are skeletons and still popping babies like nobody's business! There is just not enough food to feed them all and they still keep producing! It's all fucked up! As in, the current aid cannot cope with the large population of people living way beyond below poverty line, and these group of people keep increasing their own population among themselves when resources keep thinning that could help them! It's just out of control, as there are ethical things like you can't stop them from having babies if they want to part! I just feel like if birth control was implemented maybe we wouldn't have 20 million starving today. It might be 5million instead. It would keep getting more and more manageable so all of them can get out of starvation cycle.

Man I never forget Bill Hicks the Comedian talk about inventing things that could shoot food to starving people. That would come in handy! My country and probably many affluent countries are sooo guilty of sooo much food wastage daily, but if we deliver the leftovers to Africa, it wouldn't be fresh anymore! There just doesn't seem to be a solution to distribute food in a way where nobody has to go through hunger world wide and food gets utilized efficiently!

BUT fucking hell! I'd like any excuse to use them and enjoy my powers.

So yea! If I can legally use them without getting into trouble and thrown back into jail again!

I'd participate! But I won't pretend it's for any noble reason.
