TheCuriousSin -> Is it normal to ask to be emailed early on? (4/28/2017 2:33:45 PM)

I know that a lot of the spam/scam ask you to send them an email immediately, but outside of those, I know some people like to use email. That said, is it normal for someone to ask you to send them an email early on in the conversation?

If you meet them here, then why wouldn't they use the site's messaging system?

Because the messaging system here sucks? I prefer using my own email.

If I wasn't going to use collarchats email system, I think I would have an email account dedicated for this site, with no personal info associated with it. I can't think of any reason you wouldn't want to not chat outside this site.

I'd be wary of anyone who wants me to move to another platform just to message them. While the messaging system here isn't great, it's functional enough to have a conversation before moving on to another forum if we get along.

Sorry. That was meant for the OP.

I have met people whom, they just contacted me today noon and we meet up tonight. So yes, in that situation, changes to email fast.

But for me, I know by the first 2 correspondences if I want to meet this person or not or never want to meet him. I make my decisions very fast, then I will ask for his phone number and email.

But as somebody else says, I never use the email my family or work contacts me on for online contacts. Should have separate emails for everything. I have separate phones for everything too. My online contacts phone number is always disposable.

And with a smart phone these days, it's soo easy to read emails from multiple email accounts.

So just have one exclusive for this site.

The email system from this site sucks, so I like to take it to an outside email address that is dedicated to this purpose. I like to get some written communications to get a feel for the other person and email is the easiest way. After that I make a decision if I would like to meet the person or not. So I like to use email, haven't made any bad experiences as of yet, but then that email address is disposable and I delete it after a few months to use a new one after that.

Fast reply

Can't see the problem with email. Just have a separate account as has been suggested by a previous poster.

If someone is a scammer they will still look like a scammer on email, kik, yahoo etc., etc. Can't see the problem if you take the proper adult precautions.

When I first joined this site if a lady requested to send her my email I did so. I found out quickly that these were pros or scammers or were seeking a sugar daddy. Some asked to move in with me on the first email. My advice is to listen to the advice of collarspace who recommend that you don't give out your email until you know the person well.

It's likely a scam. They could want to spam you or they could be trying to gather personal information about you.

If you can't resist the urge to email, create a new gmail account ([email protected]) or whatever that you can easily delete, and don't use it for anything else.

MAINEiacMISTRESS -> RE: Is it normal to ask to be emailed early on? (6/29/2017 2:30:51 PM)

I have enough sites I need to sign into daily to check vanilla messages, FB, Yahoo, business emails...so many I'm suffering from duplicity-sickness and it takes half a day just to answer, so I certainly am not going to ADD another (or make up a series of "disposable" email accounts as someone suggested) just so I can CHASE someone who wants to make things less convenient for me. No thanks. If someone new wants to converse with me they will just have to be happy with using the CS messaging system. People here are constantly giving me their phone number within the first few messages. Thanks, but I'm not going to give them mine. If I get to know them enough that I want to Skype, I'll do that, or eventually meet them for lunch.

People should be more careful with their identity and personal info nowadays. Scammers are using all sites now, and anything you give to them like email, phone number, etc., they can either sell or probably use for something illegal, especially if it has your name in it.

All the pigs [ slaves girls ] in here are scammers - no exception ! So , giving them my email id would be waist of time !!

The only pig I see on this thread is you. If you never have any luck, the common denominator is YOU!

First off....if they're scammers, they're not really "slave girls". So, your statement is an oxymoron.

Second...it's "waste". Waist is a part of your body.

Third...I can't imagine a woman wanting to email someone as socially inept as you.

SMJ53 -> RE: Is it normal to ask to be emailed early on? (9/11/2017 11:34:00 AM)

Waist - tech arrow !! WASTE - sorry girls !

SMJ53 -> RE: Is it normal to ask to be emailed early on? (9/11/2017 11:36:30 AM)
