I think I'm confused but the gist is that porn addicts should go to pros, their "treatment" paid for by insurance then the money in turn is donated straight to charity?

That sounds more like a volunteer..like someone who runs a kissing booth or something so I think I missed a step somewhere in the process.

Um..., alot of male doms want that too. I don't know what you are talking about. Many just wants total obedience, no questions ask. It's quite common, if you look at male doms profile in this site alone, many are saying the same things.

To be fair I think what Lucy offers is very clear.

Ok, so suppose for a moment -- Mistress/Servant dynamic aside -- that one party has hard limit of water-sports, or that they won't be a toilet-slave for their own specific reasons (clearly, not for everyone and it's a pretty common hard limit). Based on the conversation thus far, I'm inferring that because serving you is "all about ME", you wouldn't care about that and your response might be to say, "It's not about you, it's about ME, so you must engage in the act you find so repugnant because of that."
