I'm reminded of a revelation I gave a group college friends some years back.
While at a local bar, I departed to use the bathroom, as always I washed my hands and used the paper towel to cover my hand as I opened the door. I do this because an overwhelming number of men do not wash their hands; so if I barehanded the door I might as well just be holding thier dicks for them. When I returned I noticed my friends were digging into a stash of beer nuts that came from a giant barrel located by the register. As they all dug in; girls and guys both, I pointed out that there was no scoop for the peanuts. Confused and slightly buzzed they all laughed. I pointed to a guy digging in for a handful of peanuts and told them he just came from the restroom along with three other guys and none of them washed their hands. To which they all continued to look at me confused and then I reminded them that we don't sit to pee, which means 90% of the male patrons eating peanuts, had grabbed those dicks; done their buissiness, and proceeded to dig in to that barrel of peanuts. I paused speaking and began counting and said you all basically have just tasted 18 dicks. The two guys with me spit thier peanuts out ( one wiped his tongue with a napkin and chugged his beer) and ran to the bathroom, one of the girls threw up, after everyone returned from the toilets we left and I pointed out that the nastiest thing you can touch in a public place is always the thing that's most accessible.
Life changing stuff.
I don't consider myself OCD or obsessive, but when it comes to placing anything near my mouth, food or otherwise I always ensure it's clean. I used to get sick Regularly, usually every few months regardless of the season, once I made a habit of cleaning my hands before I ate I stopped getting sick. I rarely get sick that was well over ten years ago. I might maybe possibly get sick once a year now.
I think the reason that I had never considered washing regularly before is that most men come to the same conclusion I did, that if i keep myself clean and don't piss on myself there's no reason to wash up. There absolutely is. Those door handles you use, the cash, credit cards, and phones you carry around with don't just have your germs, they've got everyone else's germs too.
