I own a mobile home in a small town (Mantua, OH) less then an hour from both Akron and Cleveland in Ohio. Seeking a new roommate. Room is big enough to fit a queen size bed and dresser. You will have your own bathroom, access and use of the kitchen, living room, and laundry. You will have to pass a background check and pay for that to be permitted to live in my park (not my rules on that one sorry)
I am pet friendly as I have 1 cat.
Rent is $350 and split utilities (gas, electric, internet, water, cable can be added later).
Bedroom has new flooring, you can paint it what ever color you like as long as when you move out you paint it back to a neutral color again. Bathroom has recently been redone except for the tub being replaced. (so new flooring, sink, paint etc)
Getting new flooring installed in the living room, and kitchen, as well as the kitchen bar replaced/updated (this is a later project now). So if you are handy, I would even be willing to work with you on reducing rent for a time frame if you do the work.
Smoking is permitted outside only (sorry lung issues) but I do not mind if you vape inside.
The room is not furnished, but the rest of the house is fukky furnished. Living room does have space for you to bring a recliber of ypur own if you like.
