I know this may sound boring but my number one kink is being in absolute submission to my dom/domme. I like the mix of love and fear. Love, so that I am eager to please them because I want them to be happy of my service, and fear to an extent that I know they have the power to really f#*k me up if they desire. That mix, surprisingly, makes me feel secured even though I may hate some of it at times...it's hard to explain. Maybe some of the other slave minded people (or anyone) here know what I mean and can better elaborate.

I used to use a two foot quirt I built with a 3/4 inch by six inch set of rubber falls.

Easy to clean when I smacked a pussy or asshole with it. It definitely got attention when I brought it out.

I know what you mean. I think it is the feeling of serving while being helpless... and not knowing what is going to be done to you or how far you will be 'pushed' in your helpless service. I've never had a safeword. If i did i might as well not be involved because a safeword would completely ruin my mindset for me.

Quirts are awesome! They can produce darn near the same results (marks) as a whip without the same concerns about throwing room, ceiling height, etc. Darn near anybody can use one. No practice required. They are just plain fun toys.

This is just an opinion. It's not attempting to say that any person or group of people is any better or worse than anybody else.

Nothing sappy about that at all.

There are things that get me going but I never quite a number one kink because just like you the biggest turn on is seeing your partner turned on. I have found myself into all sorts of things because they have turned my partner on - for me that's the very essence of being submissive.

There is a bit of "I only do this with you because you mean so much to me" in all of that which can be quite romantic, but I don't see the problem in that. Trust can be emotional as well as just respecting someone's skills as a practitioner.

Some of the most sincere love I have ever seen between two people involved a woman who was into treating her partner as if he was a "nothing". Of course they were too hardcore about it to admit they were hopelessly in love, but they were never separated.

After talking about it with my husband last night, I have to change my answer:

My number one kink is variety.
I want to do it all, experience everything, and experiment, experiment, experiment.

If you do something to me and I absolutely LOVED it, and so you decided to do it the next 3 days in a row, I'd be bored and annoyed by the second day.

It's one of the reasons fear play is such a close second for me, you can't engage in fear play while doing the same thing over and over again. Any time you rinse and repeat (at least to close in time to the previous time you did the same thing) you lose effectiveness, because the fear aspect gets diminished by the predictability of what's going to happen.
