It would be completely consensual. We would agree beforehand with a confirmation in writing. As long as it's consensual then shouldn't be an issue.

Such a document would be used in court by the prosecution to prove that the Mistress broke the law knowing full well that what she was doing was illegal. The sad paradox of the do-me bottom kinkster who thinks that he is being submissive because he experiences suffering while his script is being played out. Coupled with the fact that there is a good chance of physical damage requiring hospital treatment, which is likely to be red-flagged by hospital staff as an assault. Remind me again what any Domme would get out of this apart from huge risk, hassle and heartache? Someone might just have a matching execution fetish but the practicalities of carrying it out and their wish to control the scene are likely to make the experience disappointing for both of them.
