So often this is really a question where a man is invited to say that, if it is with a man she is cheating, but I'm so turned on by the thought of two women, especially an FFM scene, that my normal red-blooded male reaction to a woman cheating disappears because I start thinking with my crotch instead. Many men also see this as a way of legitimately messing around with another woman because his partner wants to.
None of that works for me. I wouldn't view it any differently to her being with a man. I have had partners who were into involving other women and partners who were into other men. The real question would be about what agreement we had about our relationship. In a monogamous relationship cheating with another woman is still cheating.
Involving someone else by agreement (male or female) in a way that did not jeopardise our relationship would be okay, whereas doing it behind my back would be a problem to me. As a sub that it wouldn't be initiated by me but should a partner want it (whatever the gender or sexuality of the third party) I may be willing to go along with it if other things were right. I don't have a moral view about monogamy, completely open relationships and everything in between, it's what works for you as partners that's important and that can be different from relationship to relationship.
It is the openness, honesty or dishonesty that would be the issue for me - not the gender of the other party.
