That aside, there does exist a female type that tends to pretend "findom". It's usually a younger girl, socially marginal, and the "fin" part offers the ready excuse as to why she's not had any in a long while -- she's not selling it cheap you see.
About same reason every 50yo dork with a SSDI and a bunch of empty takeout cartons pretends to be a "Dom". It's not that he can't find a girl period, it's that he can't find a girl that'd ... meet his standards.
People are funny like that.
But back to reality, the sort of girls that do the sort of things internet "findommes" bray about usually call themselves call girls, and usually work out of either a bar or a hotel. So if you're actually looking for the arrangement, probably your best bet these days is Macau. Book a flight is all it takes, once there you can probably find the right floor by following the scent.
