I have been talking to a woman and she said her master needs $800 for her to come and live with me. HE said the money is payment for training and keeping her. Is this a scam? Is it even legal???

For someone to ask this sort of very basic question means they really shouldn't be dabbling in this area of life.

Being an ignorant noob is one thing.
Being too damned lazy to do any research is quite another.

And as you rightly said - what has this to do with positive experiences??
He clearly didn't bother looking at where he was posting.
