I can't get kiddie porn that gets sent to me removed in a timely fashion even when reporting it multiple times, so I doubt that you can get the attention of a mod for something as trivial as cross posting.

The site's a lawsuit/FBI investigation waiting to happen at this point.

Yeah on the profile I used to find CNC play.

Granted the profile is deliberately vague, and suggests looking for 'extreme' things, so it'll attract more such stuff.

Just disturbing that it's not getting removed...

Especially seeing that we're not talking about 'barely legal' but about 'first year in kindergarten' type shit.

Un-fucking-believable.

A post I make here asking users to help report a guy with 'underage' looking pics in his profile, and blatant profile references to underage in the text can get pulled in less than a few hours.

But the ACTUAL pedophilia pictures I reported days ago are still on the site... as well as the pedophilia references in his profile, and the under age looking pictures on the profile...

So apparently we DO have mods... and their job is to remove references attempting to get pedophiles removed, but leave the pedophiles be... noted... [8|]

Much as I disagree with anything that smacks of underage or pedophilia, the site TOS is pretty specific that you cannot name a user in a critical manner, on this side or on CS. So if you called the guy out by name here that would explain your post being removed. As for reporting photos, this site also has pretty specific rules that only the copyright owner can report a photo here. So unless you took those photos you can't really report them. I have mixed feelings about that policy, I can see how it was instituted to keep just anyone from reporting your pics as fake, but it leaves cases like this in an almost impossible to correct situation. I'd suggest your best bet is to report his profile and use the "underage" option. Convince people you correspond with here privately to do the same. I think it takes fewer reports in the underage category to have a profile removed than for other TOS offenses.

I HAVE reported the pedophilia pictures. DAYS ago... and nothing happened.

I've complained vocally, on this thread, about getting them and reporting them... and nothing happened.

I finally made a post, breaking the TOS, on purpose, to attempt to get them mass reported so that something would happen... and that post got removed in less than 4 hours... with the pedophilia pictures STILL being up.

So:

Forum TOS violation = removal in a few hours.

Multiple reports of pedophilic pics = no reaction/result/removal in several DAYS.


Way to run the site... right?

Seems like a bad move, legally speaking. Unless they can truly delete posts they take down, the FBI/whoever would have proof that CS knew there were underage pics posted to the site, failed to act responsibly to remove them, didn't alert authorities of the user, and covered up the issue.

I've emailed the lawyer that represents the owner about previous issues and they're unconcerned about addressing the issues.

At this point, if they're not willing to do something about it, they deserve what they get. It's not up to me to protect this site.

The owner might not be paying his attorney's fees. Costs money to engage a lawyer's concern. I could be wrong but somehow I have the feeling that this sad little site isn't going to provoke any government attention no matter what people post. In the past maybe.

Blatant explicit references in profile and the stuff stays up.

Used to be that even hinting in your profile got it pulled.

I still don't understand what those guys are even doing on a BDSM site. They're all super into the girl doing it just cause she wants to, there's no domination going on.

So there's no B, no D, no S, and no M... seems like vanilla sex with an unsual partner to me... they should try OKCupid instead. [:D]

According to that "whatever happened to collarme?" page he has an aversion to paying anybody for anything. That's why the site is in its current shitty state, is it not?
