I could use a little information please. I posted a story in Creative Writings, and it posted under another name, Harleyxxx1974. I have no idea how that happened, as I don't know Harley, and he or she has never used my 'puter. I am not a child of the 21st Century, lol. I need that story deleted, as I posted again under MY name, Ravenshurst. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is easy.

1) Go to the post area where you posted it (under the errant screen name).

2) View the post on screen.

3) White out the post on your screen (use the water based material....you'll thank me later).

4) Sign out....sign back in.

Problem solved.

There seems to be a system glitch regarding some profiles.
There has been at least one thread about it and as you observed it isn't fixed.

In order to invoke a mod on this website you will need:
A copy of the lesser key of Solomon
Six black, two red and three green candles
A live chicken (ideally freerange)
A sacrificial knife cast from meteoric iron
chalk, flour or cocaine

Draw the glyph from page 47 of the grimoire on a flat surface. Place the black candles in a ring around the glyph, the red candles inside it on either side and the yellow candles at each corner. Light the candles and chant the spell on page 41 of the grimoire, the carefully pace the chicken inside the glyph and stab it to death with the knife.
Some claim that this rite will invoke a moderator, if performed correctly.

I think it's pretty funny that the entire time I've been on the forums (2012), people have complained vitriolically about the moderators (for example, see WhoreMod's user name). Now that we don't have any, people have been complaining about that. Personally I really miss having moderators and think the forums have been shit without them.

Sure, I know which one you meant. Many people condemned moderators other than that one. I wasn't too fond of Gamma myself. Even so, the site was light years better then than it is now, specifically because there are no longer any active moderators. Though I don't doubt that posters such as wd, Greta, tamale, and respectmen would entirely disagree with me. Can't say I give a fuck about that.

There have been severe profile problems lately which many have not noticed…which have been driving me nuts, or sane, and putting me in a foul mood.
Problems – some have been mentioned in other threads over the last year, or so, and more than once.

1. Signing in – you sign in fine and perhaps you are posting, or mailing someone or viewing profiles or viewing your own own profile only to find out you have entered an alternate reality and you are infact a completely different person
2. You upload a profile picture and low and behold you are infact a completely different person Now, 1 and 2 are a worry
3. You remove a picture- but nay the system is having none of that malarkey and wants you to fuk about captcha 40 times x 2 hours x every fuking day x weeks– and sometimes if vanishes only for it, or a completely different one to appear, or one that that the system should have removed at your command, or never had in its system
4. People not been able to join the site – a worry
5. People not being able to send mails, but able to receive them
6. People not being able to send or receive emails.

I think that is all them all. Have I missed out any?

The site is understaffed, or has no staff or 1-2 people. All I know, all anyone knows on here, I think

Recommendation – simply post the thread again. As whoremods has already covered the make a sacrifice to whatever deity you worship...I am pretty sure he meant a bag of cake for all of us, well me anyway

I now think the edit profile is working, and the correct pictures and the proper ones appearing – I will test that tonight with an old speccy one of me. I am not sure if people are still finding they entered an alternate reality eg someone elses profile, but as you threaded this a day ago I suspect its not fixed.
