So here's tha thang...

Seems that every time I use the message board portal it logs me into a random profile... Which would be great if it logged me into RS's profile or Mnottertails... Ooh! No, wait!!! Sanity's profile then I could ad the hidden prefix.... Everyone knows it's there, you just can't see it.

I'm sick AF today and can't do much but randomly log in and see if their is any mischief I want to get into and my first mission was a success. I posted in ask a master and had the strangest feeling that a whole gallon of stupidity got spilled under my post, so I checked. I was wrong, it was five gallons.

So I reply... And since this is my only profile I didn't bother to see if I was logged in as me.... Turns out I wasn't, so I log out and log back in to clarify that the "reply" wasn't from the proper dick head.... Well, sorta, but on random dick heads profile.

Lo and behold I'm on yet another profile about to bolster someone else's prickishness by 72.3 degrees and I have a proper quota to maintain as an Exiled Tyrant. So I'm thinking there is only one of two things afoot here:

1. It's and national conspiracy to create the illusion of American Prickishness is at an all time high and the Trump administration working with NASA has retasked all the satellites in orbit to intercept my wifi, reroute the information through a super computer that cost billions of dollars (ha, no, they didn't spend that much on hammers, they were building this computer), that would randomly create profiles on this site, ninja log me into them and have me take care of the National Prick quota all on my own.

Alternatively, but less likely...

2. This website is fucked nine ways to Sunday.

I'm disappointed that I am never logged in as someone else. I'd have all sorts of fun with that scenario.

It is a known issue. There have been a few threads on this one over at least last couple of years.

Clean out your temp files, cache etc. And even that might not work.

Is the issue getting fixed? Well nope, it does not even appear on this page - Status page http://collarspace.com/personals/status.htm

A worry, I am at the stage I delete all emails I read and send within 24 hours.

Every time I view a profile, the screen name in the upper right corner isn't mine, but just pushing the "Update Notes" button on the profile seems to straighten things out and it shows as me again.

It has actually never actually happened to me (ever).
I have read enough about people saying they can access notes, and even post under a strange username.

I do not know if the problem extends to people being able to read other peoples emails or for them to have the ability to change the password.

That is all I know about this problem. It has been going on for at least 2 years so you need to conclude it will not get fixed any time soon.
