I see why this forum is not getting new blood if this is happening.
She said that she has no problem logging into collarspace.
But whenever she tries to log into collarchat, it says, "there is no such user in our database".
She said she emailed tech support and nobody responded to her.
Can anybody assist?
Would be nice to have more contributors in this forum!
