Pretty simple really: combine the titles of two films, and gave a description of the new film you get from doing so. The description doesn't have to have anything to do with the story of the two films that provided the title.
A few examples:

An American Pie In London - Alysson Hannigan loses her flute in some grim Yorkshire pub and seeks relief from the woodwind section of the London Philharmonic. Hijinks ensure.

Hannibal Holocaust - A Mondo film crew try to conquer Rome with an army of South American cannibals.

Debbie Does Godzilla - Featuring the least convincing faked orgasm ever.

The Devil in Miss Congeniality

Beauty contestant Lauren is a very friendly, vivacious, and outgoing young woman who wins the Miss Congeniality title. "Amadeus Beethoven"

A movie in two greatly contrasting parts, I only had to read the names of these two great composers to bring tears to my eyes.

Oh how delightful, warm and touching was the first part, delving into Amadeus Mozart's complicated and hedonistic life, and featuring a beautiful soundtrack of his most gifted compositions. I think back, as this exquisite part drew to a close, and well remember my pounding heart and misty eyes. . . . .

As for the second part, Beethoven ??? Trust me, it's a real dog !!!
