Having a TESTED, dedicated partner goes a long way in not caring about exposure. "Period" sex is no issue under those circumstances. Blood on its own (again under those circumstances) is no issue. During knife play or a piercing It smears nicely, has a unique taste and can be extremely visually stimulating for the one being bled. A drop from the tip of your tongue into her open mouth just screams sharing is caring! ;)
