Status: offline 		looking for Bondage furniture that can pass as vanilla because of small home no place to hide them from guests and workcrews etc...

mostly I'm intrested in getting a Dungeon Bed that looks like your normal everyday Canopy girlly bed. Made of wood sculped on a latle so it is pretty to look at but has hiidden attachment points for bondage and maybe a couple of drwars underneath the Box Springs and Mattress to hide my lifestyle gear.

now I can make the canopy and side curtains for it if I have too.

If you think you can help me please let me know!

Lost in the bible belt and wishing i were in an area that was more tolerant of differences!

I could help, but I think it'd be too expensive because I live in England.

A group of my friends have made furniture before from high quality hand-carved and seasoned English Oak, Ash and Pine for friends and clients in the scene. Always descreet. Made to your specifications with hand carved details. Trouble is, we are already at the high end of the market in terms of quality, our last project was a medieval dining table that cost £4,000 (about $6,000) then you'd have to get it shipped.

Still. The offer's there.

Status: offline 		ok that is cool I'll keep it in mind since I'm a college student that is kinda out of my league right now but I like similpe yet elegant designs that is why i like the lathed posts for the legs/canpoy supports.

Status: offline 		Hi there, i know you are looking for a bed. But back when i still lived in the dorms i had a piece of bondage furnature made that fit in there that i was able to scam my parents into purchasing it looks that vanilla. It is a large Box that doubles as a trunk for well for me the storage of my toys. it has 6 resessed O rings located around the box for tie down points which by the way my parents are convinced are handles. And 4 inches of foam on top for comfort. Mine is coverd in a black vinal that looks and feels like leather but cleans up like a vinal table cloth, aka just whipes clean with soap water or bleach water if you would like. Mine is also ceader lined so if i ever wanted to store clothing or blankets in it i could. Its nicely constructed and if you would like pics i am sure i could get you some. i personally know the maker of such items and could put you in touch with them.

SwitchNCgal, someone just posted in the Bondage Gear and Apparel forum that they make custom furniture (in Michigan).

Status: offline 		either would work as I can say I'm going to visit relatives and stop there to pick it up if I so desired and yes I would love to get the information to contact both people and see what they can do for me. what would be really nice is to have it so that a quick changing or the width boards could take it from being a single sleeper to a double or Queen?King sized bed :P as i need a small bed now but having the ability to take what i hope to become a beloved piece of furniture into larger bed for when i need it would be aboultely wonderful!

Status: offline 		I'd say that it would be wise to choose one with a footboard that is lower than the mattress itself, or a bed that allows the full foot of the mattress unobstructed.

Easier for access and manueverablity that way *smile*

I'll let you know how my seach for an expanding bondage bed goes because right now i live in a small place but in 2-5 years who knows? I may have a partner and having a plaything that grows to meet our needs would be a great thing i think!

Status: offline 		you may want to look at going with square or rectangular post instead. They can be routed along the inner sides to hide cables and small blocks near the top. If you do any sort of suspension they have stronger anchorage points. A small electric or hand crank situated at either the foot or head of the bed can then be used for raising and lowering. I would suggest a hand crank with a "dog" or stop on it to eliminate un foreseen rapid decents.

If you use cables always use a safety factor of 5. Meaning when you purchase the cable it should be rated for at least 5 times the weight you are expecting tohold on it. That being said don't think 1 cable will work, if you normaly use the 5 times safety should apply with two of the cables.

Status: offline 		Have an antique 3 manual crank hospital bed,most anything decrotive or kink could be attached, worst case put on a thin pad,tell them you have alergies and need to raise head of bed to sleep,oh the straps they keep me from sliding down in my sleep. nudge nudge wink wink? William

Status: offline 		wrong side of the country for myself to show up with a fan load of lumber tools and kink for Monster House

check with some local groups. You may just have to be "creative" with the apperatus.

I find eyehooks with quick releases built into the base board studs and ceiling joyst are great as "plant hangers". all you have to do is run the rope up to them and down to the eyelet on the floor and it will " lower the plant to a watering level if anyone ask ;)

Status: offline 		If you have a regular bed frame, ropes with loops tied in them , slipped over the legs will work. That is the way I have mine set up. ropes coiled and stuck between the matress and box spring when not in use. also, if company comes by, four quick lifts at the corners of the bed and the ropes are all removed.

A wide dressing bench for the foot of the bed also makes a nice bondage bench. hooks can be set into the wood up under it where they are out of site (I made one that was too narrow to safely use. it sat in my parents bedroom for 5 years, and they never noticed the hooks and stuff. They even used it for seating at some of their parties.
