I'm not certain that your views on tampons are medically correct, having been with a former Mistress who could easily saturate one. There was always a certain amount of menstrual blood present following insertion of a fresh one as well.
I used to frequently provide service by washing her with warm water applied with a squeeze bottle which she found quite refreshing when either changing pads or tampons, the former of which I'd normally be responsible for removing from her panties and applying a fresh one in its place. It was an intimate service that I personally found rewarding in that it often brought us closer at an ucomfortable and awkward time of the month for her. I regularly used reflexology and massage to provide additional relief for her. You might say she'd had somewhat of a similar upbringing to yours in regard to the views which were impressed upon her by her mother with respect to her body and sexuality; in particular, the purposes behind what I view as the perfectly natural functions that normally occur in the female body.
