What belt are you looking at? Are you pierced? Do you have a high and tight ball sack? (If you do then all choices are bad. I suggest a ball parachute to stretch out you sack. Until the Club FemDom Chastity device is good if low security is not a problem.) Eat lots of roughage. It sounds disgusting but being self milking has advantages.

Otherwise a guy can generally go about two weeks without even a milking. (Before all the carping starts, it varies widely but best to be on the short side at first at least.)

just a little note that works for either sex ( as gender properly refers only to English, but thats for another thread)
