Um.  This is the SlaveMaster case.  The only reference to Gorean here is to Suzette (the one my slave knew, by the way) had been involved with Goreans (me, among others).  So the Gorean connection you're pointing out is that a Gorean girl met a non-Gorean guy in a BDSM chat and ended up in a 55 gallon drum.  What lesson would you like us to draw from that?

Not that Leonidas needs any backing on this, but, I thought I would offer some. Due to the fact that I had actually chatted online with slavemasteronce upon a time ( Great Goddess does anyone else actually remeber IRC?) I not only followed the case but did a lot of research on it, reading everything I could find about it and watching various television programs and specials. I do not remeber any mention of Gor. As stated before, I had never heard of Gor until joining this forum, had there been ANY mention of Gor in the slavemater case I would have HAD to do some research on the topic, I'm just anal like that. I'm not Gorean nor do I personally agree with most Goreans, but lets call a spade a spade, you can't fabricate evidance to prove a point, nor can you take facts and give them your own spin to prove your own personal point.

fast reply: Someone said they were banned? What was that all about?

While your question turned out to be a misunderstanding of a post, I would not be surprised if they had been banned somewhere.

Some people love to play god or super parent and attempt to get books banned all the time. Sometimes in their local schools, sometimes in cities, sometimes in states and sometimes in nations.

I personally think it is anti-American to try and ban any literature or written material unless it is promoting a crime or slander (you prove that in a court). Even then most of books found to be slanderous or promoting crime are not banned but their authors and publishers are sued or jailed; the book falls out of print when no wishes to take the risk of further criminal issues.

Hello Naja,

You wiley ole' minx you; I have tears in my eyes from laughing here. Does this dress have to be low cut and will I have to, errr,  shave anything. I just can't do that..... Thanks for the laugh. Ice skating in hell, yeah, yeah, that's it.

Live well, woman,

Bull

P.S. If we sold tickets to this date, I'm sure we could take a bite out of the national debt, I'm sure between the friendly viewers, and most surely those less than friendly, would give a pretty fair admission price to see me in a dress of any type.

I live on a real planet called Earth. I don't really care about what happens in a galaxy far, far away.

BEFORE this taken completely out of context as has already happened once before...

I was answering in a very literal manner... the OP asked the ladies what they thought about the fictional planet Gor where (blah blah blah) went on.

I was not speaking about the Gorean modality that has developed based on these stories.
